Mishal Saeed (she/her) holds a Master of Counselling Degree from City University, awaiting registration with the BCACC.

With a deep commitment to helping women navigate life’s challenges, Mishal provides a warm, compassionate space to explore emotions and experiences, heal from past traumas, and uncover patterns of behaviour — supporting insight, personal growth, and overall well-being. Drawing on her extensive experience in non-profit work, including case management and direct support, Mishal approaches everyone with kindness, understanding, and a trauma-informed lens. Her person-centered philosophy ensures that you feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout the therapeutic journey.
